Request for Prequalification of Bidders and Prequalification Instructions for ADA Lift Replacement Projects at Various City Facilities

The City of Beverly Hills Department of Public Works is seeking to prequalify elevator and lift contractors for the installation, modernization, and replacement of wheelchair lifts at various city facilities. This prequalification process is intended to establish a list of qualified bidders for upcoming projects over the next five years. The scope of work includes the full installation and modernization of vertical transportation equipment, as well as all necessary work performed by other trades. To be eligible, contractors must hold a C-11 license from the California Contractors State License Board and maintain current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations to perform public work.
