Request for Proposal – Client Experience Platform in support of the Digital Platform Modernization Phase 3

Enquiries received after that date will not be answered. We ask Industry to limit their questions to only the amendments/changes that were issued during the week of March 13, 2023. This Request for Proposal is being issued by Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), for a Client Experience Platform (CXP) in support of the Digital Platform Modernization (DPM) Programme. PWGSC is seeking to award two separate contracts; one contract to a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Publisher who will provide access to the Software-as-a-Service, cloud infrastructure, service operations, licensing, support and maintenance, and a separate task-based professional services contract to a System Integrator (SI) to configure and implement the CXP into production. Both Contractors must work in partnership to design, develop and implement the CXP.
