The Naval Air Systems Command is issuing a sole-source Cost Plus Fixed Fee delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-10-G-0004 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation for CV-22 integration support to the AAQ-24(V) Directional Infrared Countermeasures system.
