Request for Proposal - Property Management Services - NCRPublic Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) through its Real Property Services (RPS) Branch provides federal departments and organizations with affordable, productive work environments and a full range of real property services, including workplace solutions, property and facilities management, portfolio and asset management, project management and delivery, technical services, and real estate services. RPS engages the private sector to leverage real property expertise, capacity, flexibility, agility and innovative approaches that industry can provide and is in its third generation of sourced service delivery for Property Management, Project Delivery and Optional Services.The resulting contract from this solicitation will include the RP-2 assets in Ottawa (Carling Campus and Tunney’s Pasture) on April 1, 2025. Additional Crown-owned properties, currently in the RP-1 contract within the National Capital Region, will be added on April 1, 2028. This approach reflects the end dates of contracts currently in place for these National Capital Region assets.
