Canada will not consider offers delivered after the offer submission closing date and time. *** TITLE: Request for Proposal (RFP) – Complementary Technology Development for the Lunar Utility Vehicle (LUV) initiative.*** DESCRIPTION: Canada requests Offers to provide services to develop additional technologies to support Lunar Utility Vehicle (LUV) concept progress outside of the main Rover Phase 0 and Technology Development contracts. The overarching goal for the Complementary Technology Development (CTD) Work is for the Contractor to achieve Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs) between 4 to 6, depending on the initial TRL proposed.***
