Full Description

The City of Carpinteria (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide landscape maintenance services for City rights-of-way, parks, open spaces, and facility grounds (hereinafter called City Asset). The City is seeking a landscape maintenance agreement for an initial term of three (3) years with two (2) one-year (1-year) extension periods at the City’s discretion. Compensation of the services is contemplated to be a mutually agreed upon fee structure for only the services rendered. The award of the landscape maintenance agreement will be made to the most qualified firm based on the responsiveness to this Request for Proposal (RFP). The City implemented an Environmental Purchasing Policy, and the City encourages other businesses to adhere to similar principles (City Council Resolution No. 5686. Adopted July 25, 2016).
