Request for Proposals - Emergency and On-Call Construction

The Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority is soliciting proposals for solicitation number EOC2026 to establish a one-year standing contract for emergency and on-call construction services. The scope of work includes periodic emergency repairs, utility relocation, exploratory excavations, landscape repairs, maintenance, and modifications to the authority's pipelines and water system facilities. Eligibility is strictly limited to licensed Georgia Utility Contractors who are pre-qualified with the authority for Categories 3 and 4.
