REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSFORTRAFFIC CONTROL SERVICES  Proposal Due Date & Time:October 17, 20252:00 PM Mail To:East County AWP JPAPO Box 719003Santee, CA 92072Attn: Amy Pederson Office Location: 9300 Fanita Parkway Santee, California 92071 The JPA is requesting proposals from qualified, competent, and experienced contractors for traffic control services for maintenance and emergency events for portions of three pipelines associated with the AWP project as set forth in this Request for Proposals (RFP) and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to support the JPA for a period of up to five fiscal years (FY 2026 - FY 2030). The JPA’s fiscal year runs from July 1 to June 30.  The purified water AWP Pipeline is located in streets in the City of Santee, Lakeside, and County of San Diego and the water reclamation facility (WRF) force main and residuals bypass pipeline are located in streets of City of Santee. The successful Contractor shall provide traffic control services including, but not limited to, labor, supervision, tools, equipment, supplies, permitting, recordkeeping and reporting in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
