Request for Proposals: Gold Bridge Transfer Station – Operation and Maintenance

The contract utilizes firm pricing, requiring proponents to submit a monthly cost and force account rates for additional work. Evaluation will be based on experience and qualifications, technical approach, total cost, and sustainability value-adds. The contractor must maintain records for at least two years and adhere to strict material handling standards, such as keeping recyclables dry and separating tires by size and rim status. The agreement is for an independent contractor who must provide all necessary insurance and handle all statutory employee deductions.
