Request for Proposals: RWHAP Part A Food and Meal Services for PWH, Medical Nutrition Therapy Services for PWH, and Legal Services for PWH in NYC

Public Health Solutions, on behalf of the NYC Health Department, is soliciting proposals under solicitation 2026.07.HIV.04.01 to provide essential support services for people with HIV in New York City. Funded by the HRSA Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part A, the request for proposals is divided into three service categories: Food and Meal Services (SC1), Medical Nutrition Therapy Services (SC2), and Legal Services (SC3). Requirements include maintaining a federal Unique Entity ID, a NYC PASSPort account, and comprehensive insurance coverage, including professional liability and general liability. Applicants must submit a detailed package consisting of structured proposal forms, budget and risk questionnaires, and organizational certifications. Services are intended to cover all five boroughs, with a particular focus on high-need neighborhoods to address food insecurity and legal barriers to HIV treatment and care.
