(GUES) is soliciting proposals & qualifications from qualified firms to provide Commissioning Agent Services (CxA) as outlined in this RFP for the construction of a new building for use as a Magnet Technical High School, approximately 90,000 square feet, 4 -story building on the Goodwin Campus in East Hartford for up to 288 students.
