Request for Qualifications Annual Engineering Services

The City of Crawfordville is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide annual engineering and environmental services for infrastructure improvements involving water, wastewater, transportation, and environmental systems. The scope of work encompasses a full project lifecycle, including planning and funding assistance from state and federal sources, preparation of comprehensive engineering plans and cost estimates, securing necessary permits, procurement support, and construction management. The selected firm will be responsible for weekly site visits during construction and final project close-out, ensuring all work meets current engineering standards and complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Fair Housing requirements.
