Description: The City of McAllen is seeking Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms (Proposers) to provide Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) services for the New McAllen City Hall Project.
 
New McAllen City Hall Project consists of a proposed 106,000-square-foot, five-story municipal facility located at the southeast corner of Houston Avenue and Broadway Street in downtown McAllen, Texas. The project is designed to provide a modern, efficient, and secure civic building that consolidates key municipal departments, enhances public access to City services, and accommodates future operational needs. The facility includes administrative offices, public service areas, City Commission Chambers, and supporting spaces equipped with contemporary building systems. As a cornerstone of downtown McAllen, the project is intended to strengthen civic engagement while supporting the City's long-term growth and development.
 
This RFQ seeks an experienced General Contractor to construct the New McAllen City Hall Project using the CMAR form of procurement and agreement. This RFQ includes all the information Proposers will need to prepare and submit a proposal for the first step of a two-step process.
 
Deadline: Electronic Request for Qualifications (RFQ) addressed to Mr. Isaac J.
