Upon the Trustees’ acceptance of the Lump Sum, the Trustees will issue a Construction Agreement to the General Contractor for the construction phase. If the Trustees and the General Contractor do not agree upon a Lump Sum, the Trustees will not award the construction phase of a Project to the General Contractor.
