BI-JA-504-CMR, New Haven Community Correctional Roof Replacement, 245 Whalley Avenue, New Haven, CT 06511. DAS/CS is seeking the services of a highly talented and experienced Construction Manager to provide the following type of services in support of the above-reference Project. The preferred CMR team should demonstrate experience with construction and renovation of correctional facility renovations. The New Haven Community Correctional Center is a 131,000 square foot correctional facility constructed in 1976 with ballasted Inverted Roof Membrane Assembly (IRMA) EPDM and metal clad sloped roof systems. The scope of work for the project shall include repair and replacement of the existing roof systems (with a non-IRMA fully adhered roof assembly), exterior façade sealant joints, and replacement of the main entrance curtainwall, vestibule, and skylight systems.
