From this group of qualified individuals and firms the County intends to appoint a County Engineer. All services will be provided on an as needed basis as determined and directed by the Director of Public Works. The Glenn County Public Works Agency is responsible for a wide range of infrastructure and maintenance services throughout the county. Its duties include maintaining and repairing roads, bridges, and drainage systems, managing solid waste disposal managing two general aviation airports, and providing emergency services during natural disasters.
