Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Erwin Data Modeler Maintenance and Support

AAFC (the “Client”) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of the products identified in Table 1 - Deliverables and Table 2 - Erwin Enhanced Support Requirements. Canada requests that the Suppliers and Resellers review and respond with their best and final offer regarding the particular requirement described in the tables herein. To the best of the Bidder's knowledge, the prices it is charging to Canada in the quotation are not higher than the lowest prices/rates that it has charged any other customer in Canada (including other Government of Canada entities) for: the like quality and quantity of goods and services in the year before the Contract was awarded does not include an element of profit on the sale in excess of that normally obtained by the Bidder on the sale of goods, services or both of like quality and quantity, and does not include any provision for discounts to selling agents, and excludes licenses procured from resellers or distributors of the Contractors.
