Request for Quote: Women of Colour in Leadership Development Programme

Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking a supplier to design, deliver, and evaluate a leadership development programme specifically for Women of Colour aspiring to leadership roles. The programme aims to empower participants through peer networking, facilitated learning, and reflective practice to help them develop authentic leadership styles, increase organizational influence, and navigate workplace challenges within a psychologically safe environment. The selected supplier will be responsible for creating all supporting materials and delivering the programme to one cohort of up to 20 learners. The contract is valued at a maximum of 11,000 pounds excluding VAT, with the award based on a price and quality assessment. The Council particularly welcomes proposals from small and medium-sized enterprises, voluntary, community and social enterprises, and suppliers with lived experience or a proven track record in this field. The performance period runs from December 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, with the face-to-face delivery occurring over a maximum of two full days at a council office in the Huntingdon area between January and mid-March 2027. The submission deadline for quotes is October 19, 2026.
