Full Description
The U.S. Consulate General Cape Town, South Africa, invites quotations under Solicitation No. 19SF2026Q0018 for the provision of Preventive Maintenance Services for the Consular Interview Audio System. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract consisting of a base year plus four (4) option years to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quotation.
The complete solicitation package is attached to this notice. Interested vendors are responsible for reviewing the solicitation package in its entirety and complying with all instructions, requirements, and submission procedures contained therein.
A mandatory pre-quotation conference and site visit will be held on Tuesday, September 15 2026, at 10:00 (SAST) at the U.S. Consulate General Cape Town.
