Amendment 0001_Request for Quotes (RFQ) for perimeter wall repairs at U.S. Government_10/145

The U.S. Government is seeking qualified contractors to perform comprehensive perimeter wall repairs at U.S. Government Residence 10/145 in Lilongwe, Malawi, under Solicitation PR15858766, issued by the U.S. Embassy Lilongwe, Department of State. The scope of work includes temporary wall installation, demolition, evacuation and earthwork, concrete and blockwork, and plaster and finishing, with a total performance period of 105 calendar days starting no later than 10 days after contract award. The contract is structured as a Firm Fixed Price agreement with an estimated value between $25,000 and $60,000. Contractors must comply with stringent security protocols including pre-approval of personnel, use of access badges, escort requirements in restricted areas, and mandatory inspections of all vehicles and materials.
