Request for Sealed Bids - Oak Hill - Piney Community Building

The Cherokee Nation is soliciting sealed bids from qualified general contracting companies for the complete construction of the Oak Hill – Piney Community Building located at 43777 Oak Hill Road, Jay, Oklahoma. The project scope includes a base bid for the community building and three optional alternates: a sports court with surrounding sidewalk and fence, a playground with equipment, and all remaining landscaping and sidewalks.
