AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on September 14, 2023 by 2:00pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
This is a re-tender, it supersedes and replaces the previous solicitation WS3447020913 - Doc3662423733 and Doc3793645619
Requirement Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement to establish a National Master Standing Offer for the as and when required supply and delivery of Campus Vehicles which are defined within this Standing Offer as Electric Golf Carts and Low Speed Vehicles (LSV). This Standing Offer will have a term of one (1) firm year and four (4) optional years. Any resulting Standing Offer(s) shall be for delivery to locations across Canada.
Debriefings Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person._____
