AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME:Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on December 20th, 2026 by 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking to establish Supply Arrangements (SA) to procure various forklift trucks configurations in accordance with the Purchase Descriptions. Suppliers may submit an arrangement for a specific configuration within each Group. Suppliers must however submit an arrangement for all items within the configuration for which an arrangement is submitted. This requirement is to establish a Suppy Arrangement (SA) for the supply of Forklift Trucks to departments and agencies of the Government of Canada and Provincial/Territorial Identified Users,from March 18, 2021 with no fixed expiry date. Any resulting Supply Arrangement shall be for delivery requirements to locations across Canada. This procurement has been set aside under the Federal Government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSAB. Debriefings After issuance of a supply arrangement, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for supply arrangement process. Offerors should make the request to the Supply arrangement Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for a supply arrangement process. The debriefing may be in writing, bytelephone or in person.
