Parks Canada Agency requires the services of General Contractors in Prince Edward Island to manage all aspects of a number of as and when required multi discipline projects that may include the demolition, renovation and construction of various equipment, services or structures. It will also be the responsibility of the general contractor to plan, organize and control the work, health and safety of all tradesmen working on any project under their management.Contracts resulting from the SA will vary, up to a maximum of $ 100,000.00 (applicable taxes included).Period of Contract / DELIVERY DATEThe period for awarding contracts under the Supply Arrangement is from date of award to September 30, 2025.SECURITY REQUIREMENTThere is no security requirement applicable to this Supply Arrangement. The security requirement will be determined at time a bid solicitation is issued under the Supply Arrangement.SITE VISIT N/AINFORMATION:National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
