Requests for Proposals As Needed Wastewater Treatment and Collections Engineering Services
The City of Fruita is requesting proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to provide comprehensive engineering services on an as needed basis for our wastewater treatment facility and collections system. Each proposal shall be submitted in electronic format through Electronic the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS), at the following link https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado. This site offers both “free” and “paying” registration options which allow for full access of the City’s documents and for electronic submission of proposals. (Note: “free” registration may take up to 24 hours to process. Please plan accordingly). A copy of the Request for Proposals can be found on the City’s website at https://co-fruita.civicplus.com/bids.aspx. Proposals are due by 2:30 p.m. (MST) on December 1, 2026.
