The purpose is to obtain “call when needed” helicopter services for the transportation of personnel, equipment and supplies from predetermined points (airports or helicopter staging areas) to locations within a defined geographic area outlined in the Areas of Responsibility Appendix A to include remote locations Kodiak, Anchorage, Valdez, North Southeast and South Southeast.
