Research grade Gallium Nitride amplifier

The NASA Shared Services Center is procuring twenty research-grade Gallium Nitride amplifiers under a sole-source contract authorized under FAR 12.102(a), with GANIFY, INC. identified as the sole provider. The amplifiers must operate at 800°C in air for a minimum of one hour and meet stringent technical specifications including a minimum on/off ratio of 500 at that temperature, unity gain bandwidth of 0.5MHz, gain of at least 20dB, and a rail-to-rail voltage of 15V or less. The amplifier chip size is capped at 2.5mm x 2.5mm, with a specific pin layout requiring diagonally opposite input ports and an output port positioned top right above the input.
