Resistance Transfer Standard

The contract solicits six precision Resistance Transfer Standard resistor boxes, each containing twelve NIST-traceable, metrology-grade resistors ranging from 1Ω to 100kΩ, with full four-terminal Kelvin connections and oil-immersed, gasket-sealed enclosures for thermal stability. The deliverables must comply with MIL-STD-130 for Unique Item Identifier (UII) marking using two-dimensional Data Matrix symbols, and MIL-STD-129 for shipment and container labeling, with all data submitted via WAWF or directly to the IUID Registry. The contract follows a firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity structure with a five-year period of performance ending September 30, 2030, and a cumulative delivery target of 77 units across fiscal years 2026 through 2030, delivered in batches of 2–10 units every 30 days. F.o.b. Destination terms apply, transferring risk to the government upon arrival.
