All payments must be processed via Wide Area WorkFlow, and invoicing through IPP is prohibited. The contract includes a maximum value ceiling of $350,000 with no specified unit pricing, rendering the base period value undefined. Offerors must maintain up-to-date System for Award Management registration, affirm small business status if applicable, and submit required representations including UEI and CAGE codes if qualifying as a joint venture. Compliance is enforced through destination inspection and acceptance by the Government, with clauses addressing trafficking in persons, employment eligibility, sustainable products, and whistleblower rights applying with deviation 2026-00038.
