Les soumissions portant l'inscription « soumission : Restauration du Moulin Banal de Verchères » seront reçues à la mairie de la ville de Verchères jusqu’au 25 mars avant 11h à l’adresse suivante : 581 QC-132, Verchères, Quebec J0L 2R0. Veuillez prendre note que les soumissions seront ouvertes à ce moment, au même endroit et analysées ultérieurement par le client. Ne seront prises en considération que les soumissions préparées sur les formulaires fournis par la firme de Nadeau Blondin Lortie Architectes. Ces formulaires, de même que les plans et devis du projet et tout autre document faisant partie du cahier des charges, pourront être obtenus à compter du 4 mars 2026 via SEAO. Les conditions de l’appel d’offres sont décrites dans le cahier de devis. Les soumissions devront être accompagnées soit d’un cautionnement de soumission ou d’un chèque visé, d’un mandat, d’une traite ou d’une lettre de garantie irrévocable délivrée par une institution financière, et établie au montant de 10% de la valeur de la soumission valide pour une période de quatre-vingt-dix (90) jours de la date d’ouverture des soumissions. Ce cautionnement sera remplacé par un cautionnement d’exécution et un cautionnement des obligations pour gages, matériaux et services chacun correspondant à 50% du montant de la soumission ou par l’ajout d’un deuxième chèque visé au montant égal à 10% de la valeur de la soumission. Ces cautions ou ces deux chèques seront conservés à titre de caution par le propriétaire jusqu’à 35 jours suivant la fin des travaux. Seules sont considérées aux fins du contrat, les soumissions des Entrepreneurs (fournisseurs) ayant leur principal établissement au Québec ou, lorsqu’un accord intergouvernemental est applicable, au Québec ou dans une province ou un territoire visé par cet accord, et détenant la licence requise en vertu de la Loi sur la qualification professionnelle des Entrepreneurs de construction.
