Restroom Renovation TARTA Admin Offices

The Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) is seeking proposals for a comprehensive renovation of the restrooms within its headquarters in Ohio. The existing facilities, which were built many years ago, are outdated and do not meet current standards for functionality, hygiene, or accessibility. The project aims to modernize these restrooms to improve user experience and compliance with contemporary requirements. The contract is expected to involve a project labor agreement (PLA), indicating potential collaboration with union labor and adherence to specific labor standards. The project budget ranges from $500,000 to $1,500,000, reflecting the scope and scale of the renovation work. Interested contractors are encouraged to respond by August 20, 2025, with the project officially posted on July 23, 2025. The solicitation is open to qualified firms, and the primary point of contact for inquiries is Zach Morrison, reachable via email or phone. The project is part of TARTA’s ongoing efforts to enhance its facilities and ensure they meet modern standards for safety, accessibility, and hygiene, ultimately supporting the agency’s broader mission to serve the community effectively.
