Components must be applicable to multifamily low- and mid-rise buildings in New York State. Component Manufacturers qualified through this RFQL will be eligible to supply components to Solution Providers qualifed through a separate RFQL to furnish and install a high performance retrofit solution on pilot Buildings qualified through a third RFQL. These pilot projects will then be eligible to receive gap-funding from NYSERDA through a forthcoming solicitation to defray the cost of the retrofit solution. No NYSERDA funding is associated with this RFQL whose sole purpose is to qualify Component Manufacturers for the next round of RetrofitNY pilot projects.
