REVIEW Land Appraisal -Thurston County

The Washington State Department of Natural Resources is soliciting proposals for an appraisal field review of a property in Thurston County consisting of approximately 58.32 acres across seven tax parcels. The project involves analyzing an appraisal performed by SH&H Valuation, LLC to determine its reliability and conformance with USPAP Standard Rules 3 and 4, the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions, RCO Manual 3, and specific DNR supplemental standards. The selected contractor must provide one electronic copy of the review report, ensuring the DNR project number is included on the cover and letter of transmittal. This is a selective work order solicitation open only to appraisers on the DNR approved list established by RFQ 24-51.
