The Waukesha County Department of Public Works (“the Sponsor”) is interested in obtaining the services of an engineering/design consulting firm (“the Consultant”) for the preliminary scoping study. The process will result in the identification of a Preferred Corridor Alternative Plan (PCAP) and include concept design, coordination, development of exhibits, reports and public involvement. The preliminary scoping study is for Capital Project #202514, CTH K (CTH JK to CTH Y) in the Villages of Lisbon, Sussex and Menomonee Falls (“the Project”). A Request for Proposal (RFP) from the engineering/design firm will be reviewed in order to evaluate, rank and select a firm for the services for the Project. Although it is not a requirement, it is preferred that the Consultant has experience with funding grant applications. Therefore, there is reference to grant applications in the Questionnaire, Proposed Contract, and Price Worksheet.
