TIME AND CLOSING LOCATION REMAIN UNCHANGED ******************************************************************************************************************* Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP): AC232402, Airfield Pavement Materials Engineering Technical Services – Standing Offer Agreement (SOA), Various Locations Across Canada, Excluding Nunavut Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” airfield pavement materials engineering technical services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for various locations across Canada, Excluding Nunavut. Services will be in support of airfield pavement structural studies, airfield pavement materials engineering, airfield pavement forensic failure investigations, and airfield pavement research studies. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents. The SOA will be for a period of three (3) years with a maximum estimated value of $1,000,000.00. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $20,000.00 and $200,000.00. There is no limit on maximum call-up value on the SOA. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information.
