English Title: Defence Construction Canada – RFAP for Architectural and Engineering Consultant Services - Standing Offer: CA24SO01, Calgary, AB English Description: Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer (SO) to provide, “as and when required”, the following architectural and engineering consultant services at Calgary, Alberta: preparation of a statement of requirement, options analysis, concept design, design development, preparation of construction documents, tender phase services, construction phase services and engineering studies. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the Proponent with the highest total score. The SO will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $1,000,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SO may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year periods and increased in the order of $1,000,000.00 at any time. Call-ups under the SO are expected to be valued between $ 20,000.00 and $ 80,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SO is $100,000.00. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).
