RFB 26-07-REC Boardwalk Repair, Replacement, and Maintenance

CITY OF DESTIN, FLORIDA The City of Destin, Florida, is currently receiving sealed competitive Bids for a BOARDWALK REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, AND MAINTENANCE Continuing Services Contract for specified City-owned/controlled properties for three years with the option for two additional one-year renewals not to exceed five years. The Scope of Work will include, but not be limited to BOARDWALK REPAIR, REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE services for City properties to include: providing all tools, machines, equipment, labor, materials and incidentals necessary to complete the work. The successful Bidder shall be required to supply the City with copies of current Liability Insurance and Workmen's Compensation coverage. To bid on this project you must be placed on the Plan Holders List. In order to be on the Plan Holder’s list, you must first request and obtain the Bid documents (containing the full specifications and requirements) by emailing the City Clerk’s Office at cityclerk@cityofdestin.com . Please include “RFB NO. 26-07-REC, BOARDWALK REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, AND MAINTENANCE CONTINUING SERVICES CONTRACT” in the subject line of the email. The bid documents can also be obtained from the City Clerk's Office at the City of Destin, 4200 Indian Bayou Trail, Destin, Florida 32541. Proposal submissions must be received by the City Clerk's Office at the City of Destin, 4200 Indian Bayou Trail, Destin, Florida 32541, in a sealed envelope clearly marked “RFB NO. 26-07-REC, BOARDWALK REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, AND MAINTENANCE CONTINUING SERVICES CONTRACT”, along with the name, return address and telephone number of the submitter, no later than 2:00 p.m. CT, on October 15, 2026 at which time they will be opened. When deemed to be in the City’s best interest: 1. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals or portions thereof. 2. to waive minor defects and informalities in the process. 3. to accept the Bid(s). 4. Take any other action.
