RFB-FO RIBBON FUSION SPLICEREADY KIT

The Cherokee Nation is soliciting bids for the procurement of one AFL 100R Fiber Optic Ribbon Fusion Splice Ready Kit. Bids must be submitted by September 21, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. via email to Jeananna Hendricks. The award will be granted to the lowest most responsive and responsible bidder, with the primary evaluation factors being cost and availability. While the AFL 100R is the specified model, the Cherokee Nation will consider alternative products that are equal to or better, provided that complete technical specifications are submitted with the bid. The selected contractor must ensure the equipment is delivered to the Cherokee Nation Career Readiness Campus in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, and fully invoiced by September 30, 2026. Bidders are required to use the mandatory bid response sheet, providing unit costs, total costs, delivery charges, and lead times. Preference is given to firms with current certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO). Additionally, the contract adheres to Buy American Act provisions for manufactured goods and requires certification that the bidder has not had any contracts terminated for default by a government agency within the last three years.
