This Request for Construction Tender (the “RFC”) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia to prospective Respondents to submit bids for Cable North Floating Docks Installation, as further described in RFC Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This RFC is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual. BNS invites qualified Respondents to submit a bid for the installation of a floating dock system at the Cable North Floating Dock, in accordance with this RFC and the Issued-for-Tender (“IFT”) design documents included in this RFC. The Work includes the supply and installation of steel piles, connectors, hardware, appurtenances floating dock components, and installation of the owner supplied steel piles and floating docks as detailed in the IFT drawings and specifications.
