The G.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance and repair services for 17 elevators, 2 cart lifts, and 3 dumbwaiters under a firm fixed price contract with a base year running from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, followed by four optional one-year ordering periods extending through September 30, 2031. All work must adhere to ASME A17.1 and A17.2 safety standards, and performance is measured by strict criteria including a maximum downtime of 0.5% annually and no more than three service calls per month per elevator, with a requirement for a level or decreasing trend in call frequency.
