RFI: Air Force Enterprise Rapid Operations Support (AEROS)

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) C3BM OL-2 is seeking information for the Air Force Enterprise Rapid Operations Support (AEROS) contract. This initiative aims to secure non-personal commercial services to provide enterprise functional and technical operations help desk support for AFTRANS applications, covering both legacy system portfolios and Next Generation modernized system portfolios. The scope involves providing comprehensive support for critical command and control capabilities within a government-provided secure cloud environment. Operations are required to be global and continuous, operating 24/7/365 across both unclassified and classified networks to support a distributed user base, including the Primary Operations Center and Regional Operations Divisions within geographic Air Operations Centers worldwide. Key technical requirements include high-severity triage, immediate escalation protocols, root cause identification through the correlation of disparate data sources, and the generation of status and health reports. All contractor personnel must maintain the required active security clearances and have access to secure facilities. The government anticipates this requirement will be a small business set-aside under NAICS code 541512. While currently in the Request for Information stage, the anticipated solicitation is expected in the first quarter of 2027, with an award date by September 2027 and a total contract term of five years.
