AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by February 02, 2024 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.This Request for Information (RFI) is pertaining to Document Storage, Information Retrieval Services, Document Destruction Services, and other related services. Although the Government of Canada (GC) is moving towards electronic documents, there are still significant quantities of paper documents that must be maintained for designated retention periods. In order for shorter, medium and longer term storage solutions to be developed, engagement of both internal government organizations and the private sector is required. The purpose of this RFI is to obtain feedback from industry that will contribute to forming a proposed procurement approach to establishing an appropriate, reliable and effective third party solution to storing government documents.
