These lists are highly specialized capability sets comprised of Department of Defense-classified Class VIII medical equipment and materiel. Lists are routinely reviewed and updated every four years, and otherwise as required. A list of the current AMALs, ADAL, and medical kits are provided in Attachment 1. See Attachment 2 for a sample list of specific items found on the AMALs, ADAL, and medical kits. Small businesses that currently manufacture any of the subject items are requested to provide information detailing product specifications, manufacturing capability, and price. If no small business manufacturers are identified through this Request for Information (RFI), MCSC intends to seek an individual waiver of the nonmanufacturer rule from the Small Business Administration in accordance with 13 CFR 121.1204(b) for Solicitation No. M67854-21-R-5110. Through this solicitation, the Government intends to award multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts to small businesses to provide authorized medical and dental equipment and materiel necessary to sustain the operational readiness of Marine Corps Health Service Support units. Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration
Solicitation # M6785426I4208
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research via Request for Information M67854-26-I-4208 to identify commercial partners for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration. The primary objective is to secure skilled, professional IT touch-labor services under a Government-Owned, Government-Operated, Contractor-Supported (GOGOCS) model. While the focus remains on providing DCWF-certified personnel, the government is seeking innovative ways to integrate AI and automation as embedded components of the service delivery model to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual labor costs over time. The government is specifically exploring service-based ordering models, such as procuring hours of service or specific outcomes rather than individual labor categories. For pricing purposes, any contractor-provided proprietary tooling costs must be included within fully burdened labor rates, as this is a services acquisition. Interested respondents must submit a capabilities narrative limited to five pages, a vendor comment matrix in Excel format with a 300-word limit per cell, and optional supplementary materials not exceeding fifteen pages. The current response deadline is November 3, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.
