This Request for Information Notice is issued by Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of the National Mediation Board (NMB) to find a viable vendor pool for Hotel and Court Reporting Services. VENDORS MUST REVIEW THE ENTIRE REQUIREMENT AND SHALL ONLY RESPOND IF FULLY CAPABLE OF SATISFYING ALL ASPECTS OF THE REQUIREMENT. I. SCOPE SUMMARY (see Attachment A - Performance Work Statement) National Mediation Board (NMB) is in need of a vendor to provide Hotel Services consisting of the following: Room rental to host up to 75 people for 5 days (Monday - Friday) Theater style seating A headtable for 5 people; bottled water for headtable 2 Water Stations in the Room A/V equipment Freshly brewed coffee and tea, replenished as needed. Available with Cream, Soy Milk, & Skim Milk, Sugar, Stevia, Splenda, Sugar in the raw. Water, Soda, Juices available throughout the day; replenished as necessary. Hotel guestrooms for PEB members for 6 nights (Sunday through Friday) Hotel suite for NMB Chair with meeting space in the guestroom Applicable taxes and fees Place of Performance: Within CONUS, to include but not limited to: Washington, DC New York, NY Chicago, IL Dallas, TX For Court Reporting Services consisting of the following: Attend depositions, hearings, proceedings, or other events, as required. Capture spoken dialogue with specialized equipment, including stenography machines, video and audio recording devices, and covered microphones. Provide real-time translation in classes and other public forums for the deaf or hard-of-hearing population. Report speakers identification, gestures, and actions. Read or play back all or a portion of the proceedings upon request from the judge. Interact with speakers to clarify inaudible or unclear statements during proceedings. Ensure the accuracy of their notes, including the names of speakers and any technical terminology. Prepare transcripts for appeals or other future legal proceedings. Serve as liaison to lawyers, judges, or other local officials; providing information relating to court hearings and charges. Manage the commissions and creation of certificates of proceedings. Accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations. Documents files with court exhibits and indexes. Preserves notes as required by law for legally designated period of time. II. ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The Government anticipates setting up a BPA with a period of performance of twelve (12) month period of performance with short term BPA Call Orders on an as needed basis. III. ADDITIONAL DETAILS NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information, or a copy of the solicitation, will not be considered an affirmative response to this Sources Sought notice. Telephone responses or inquiries to this Sources Sought notice will NOT be accepted. Fiscal Service will consider written responses received no later than 10:00 AM EST, Friday, July 11, 2024. Responses must be submitted electronically to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, Attn: JHS/JES Ref, RFI-NMB-24-098, Hotel and Court Reporting Services. Vendor responses must include sufficient evidence that clearly shows the proposed services meet all the aspects of the requirement as described within this RFI. Qualified contractors must provide the following: The name and location of your company, contact information, and identify your business size and socioeconomic category (Large Business, Small Business, Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, HubZone, etc.). Please ensure contact information includes the name of the point of contact, email address, and telephone number should the Government have questions regarding individual responses. Whether your services are available through a government contract vehicle (such as GSA) or Open Market. A brief capabilities statement (not to exceed 5 pages) that includes a description of your company's standard line of business, as well as a list of customers for which your company currently provides these or similar services. UEI Number. Your company must prove their ability to provide all services as described in Attachment A. Provide any applicable NAICS codes. The following file extensions are not allowable and application materials/data submitted with these extensions cannot be considered: .bat, .cmd, .com, .exe, .pif, .rar, .scr, .vbs, .hta,, .cpl, and .zip files. Microsoft Office compatible documents are acceptable. No other information regarding this Request for Information notice will be provided at this time. This notice does not restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. All firms responding to this notice are advised that their response is not a request that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties will be required to respond to any resultant solicitation separately from their response to this notice, should one be issued.
