Body of Notice: Request for Information (RFI)The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, Division of Facilities Services, is requesting information on available office and other type space to lease for the Department of Commerce, Community, & Economic Development located in Fairbanks, Alaska.The State of Alaska (State) is seeking letters of interest from contractors, developers, or lessors, interested in providing approximately 4,600 usable square feet of office and circulation space. The office space must be located within the City of Fairbanks. The space shall include the following features: One (1) Private Office (approx. 200 square feet) Twenty (20) workstations (cubicle, approx. 1,392 square feet total) Open, collaborative environment to maximize space usage Fifteen (15) workstations (approx. 80 square feet) Five (5) workstations (approx. 96 square feet) One (1) Waiting Area (approx. 110 square feet) One (1) Conference Room (approx. 425 square feet) One (1) Storage Room (approx. 200 square feet) One (1) Printer/Fax/Copy Area (approx. 75 square feet) One (1) Employee Break Room (approx. 425 square feet) One (1) Centralized File Room (approx. 480 square feet) Twenty-One (21) Employee Parking Spaces with energized head-bolt heaters, covered parking preferred.
