RFI - Structural Engineering Services Seismic

In accordance with FAR 52.215-3, Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes (Oct 1997), this Request for Information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ), Request for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB) or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any services. Responses to this RFI are not offers and can/will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice. Furthermore, those who respond to this RFI should not anticipate feedback with regard to their submission. The Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party's expense. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. Follow up demos may be requested by GSA to gain further information regarding products/services. The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Office of Design & Construction is issuing this notice to identify capable engineering service small business firms with seismic experience. The attached "RFI - Structural Engineering Services Seismic" document provide further details of this sources sought notice needs and directions on how to submit capability statements. Interested firms should respond to this Sources Sought Notice no later than Thursday, June 30, 2022, at 2:00 PM (EST).
