RFLOI Town of Davidson Beaty Street - North Main Street Intersection Improvements

The Town of Davidson has issued a Request for Letters of Interest for professional consulting services to support the Main Street – Beaty Street Intersection Improvements Project in Davidson, North Carolina. The scope of work encompasses survey, geotechnical, environmental, design, and utility relocation services required to re-align the intersection of Beaty Street, North Main Street, and Ridge Road. Key project components include widening North Main Street by approximately 250 feet to the south and 200 feet to the north to accommodate dedicated left-turn lanes, adding a new traffic signal, and coordinating with the adjacent railway crossing for the future Charlotte Area Transit System Red Line.
