RFP 1168 - Concrete Sidewalk Remove and Replace at Various Locations

The Town of Bloomfield is seeking qualified contractors to remove and replace concrete sidewalks at multiple locations across the town under a contract spanning approximately three years, with work to be completed no later than June 30, 2029. Interested parties must submit sealed proposals by 1:00 PM EST on Thursday, August 27, 2026, to the Purchasing Manager at Town Hall, 800 Bloomfield Avenue, Bloomfield, CT 06002. Each submission must include one original document clearly labeled as such, two paper copies, and a thumb drive containing a read-only digital copy of the proposal. Bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances, and neither faxed nor emailed responses will be considered. All bids will be publicly opened and recorded at the specified time.
