The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the University of Maryland, College Park to engage a General Contractor to complete the construction of the replacement roof and rooftop mechanical units for the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science (UMCES) Bernie Fowler Laboratory. The Bernie Fowler Lab building, located on the UMCES campus in Solomon's, Maryland is a 2-story research facility.
