RFP 1663 Community Director Kitchen Renovation: Freeman Hall Unit 200 The Assistant Vice President of Procurement Services at Montclair State University will receive bids for Request for Proposal Community Director Kitchen Renovation: Freeman Hall Unit 200, no later than July 23, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Scope of Work: The project consists of Renovation work in Freeman 200 to add new kitchen and outfit space as an apartment. Selective demolition, millwork cabinetry, new flooring, electrical and finishes as shown on plan.
